You can kindly let your thought go,

knowing it is just a thought- not the truth and not useful.

Awaken: Become aware of just 1 thought today. Take it through these 3 questions. If the answer is no to any of these questions, then gently remind your brain- it is just a thought, and that you are someone who is learning to be more kind, true and helpful to yourself.
