Be Willing To Suck

Yes. Really. Even now.

Here’s something we forget as adults:

You are allowed to be bad at things.

Somehow we decided that once we hit a certain age we should already know how to do it all like:

  • Communicate perfectly.

  • Manage money flawlessly.

  • Cook like a chef.

  • Lift weights with confidence.

  • Launch the idea.

  • Have the answer.

That is not how growth works.

You learned to walk by falling.

You learned to read by stumbling through words.

You learned to drive by gripping the wheel a little too tight.

Why would this season be any different?

Be willing to suck.

Be willing to be really bad at something.

Be willing to feel awkward and unsure.

That is the price of expansion.

If you avoid something because you might look inexperienced, you stay stuck.

If you lean into it, even clumsily, you grow.

Everything is figureoutable.

Awaken Actionable Step:

Identify one thing you have been procrastinating because you do not feel competent yet.

Take one imperfect step this week.

Not when you feel ready.

Not when you feel confident.

Now.

PS: If strength training feels like something you would “suck” at, perfect. That is where confidence is built.
