You’re Probably Doing Too Much
What if the problem isn’t discipline… it’s overcomplicating it?
Is it possible you are making this harder than it needs to be?
Most people don’t fail because they are lazy.
They fail because they try to change everything at once.
New diet.
New workout plan.
New morning routine.
New life.
It’s too much.
So they quit.
Not because they cannot do it.
Because it was unsustainable.
What works is smaller.
A 1% shift.
So small your brain says,
“This is too easy.”
“That won’t matter.”
Good.
If your brain does not think it’s easy, you are probably doing too much.
Here is the real cycle of success:
Set a 1% goal.
Follow through easily.
Build integrity with yourself.
Celebrate.
Gain confidence and momentum.
Repeat.
You do not need intensity.
You need consistency.
Small wins compound.
Self trust compounds.
And one day you look up and realize you are a different person.
Awaken Awareness:
Today, choose a 1% goal.
Easy.
Doable.
Impactful.
Do it.
Then celebrate the hell out of yourself.

PS: I added THIS walking pad under my standing desk and now I get 8 to 10k steps in without leaving my office. Calls, emails, programming workouts. All done while moving. If you sit most of the day and feel stiff by dinner, this is worth looking at. Check it out HERE.
