You only need one step. Not the whole plan.

You don’t need to know how.

How you’re going to lose the weight.

How you’re going to build the business.

How you’re going to hit the goal.

But you do not need it.

That’s it.

Most people freeze because they are trying to solve step ten while still standing at step one.

You do not need to solve next month.

You do not need to solve next year.

You only need to solve today.

Then do that.
