Stop Living on Autopilot

Today, choose on purpose.

Most of the day, we are on autopilot.

Reacting.

Responding.

Letting the day run us.

We wake up and immediately check messages.

We move from task to task.

We feel whatever the day hands us.

That is living by default.

Let’s switch it.

Live on purpose.

Real change always starts inside.

With your thoughts.

With your emotions.

When you choose those on purpose, your actions follow.

And when your actions change, your life changes.

Instead of asking, “What will today feel like?”

“DECIDE”.

“I am going to feel calm.”

“I am going to feel focused.”

“I am going to feel bold.”

And here is the deeper work.

Also decide which uncomfortable emotion you are willing to feel.

Maybe it is discomfort.

Maybe it is vulnerability.

Maybe it is discipline.

When you choose both, you stop being surprised by your day.

You start creating it.

Awaken Actionable Step:

Choose one positive emotion you will feel on purpose today.

Choose one uncomfortable emotion you are willing to feel on purpose.

Find thoughts that generate those emotions.

Practice them.

Watch how different the day feels when you are driving instead of drifting.
