Ask Your Brain a Better Question Tonight
Your brain is designed to solve problems.
When you sleep, it is still working. Connecting dots. Sorting information. Looking for answers.
But most of us overload it before bed.
We replay what went wrong.
We list everything we did not finish.
We remind ourselves how exhausted we are.
Then we wonder why we wake up tense.
Your brain will work on whatever you hand it.
So give it better material.
Instead of spiraling, ask a better question.
Not:
“Why can’t I figure this out?” That question shuts your brain down.
Ask:
“How can I figure this out?” That question opens it up.
Your brain loves direction.
Give it one before you close your eyes.
Awaken Actionable Step:
Tonight, ask your brain one clear question before bed.
State it in the positive.
Make it solution focused.
Then go to sleep.
Let your mind work for you.
PS: I’ve been taking THIS magnesium before bed and my sleep depth has noticeably improved. If your brain feels busy at night, this might help.
