What are you afraid of?

I know you are afraid.

You are afraid of feeling.

Yes, that is your biggest fear.

That is what is holding you back.

Fear of:

  • Failure

  • Self-doubt

  • Judgement

  • Discomfort

  • Desire

  • Disappointment

Awaken Awareness:

Today FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE. Do one simple thing that is slightly uncomfortable.

Here are some ideas:

DON’T look at your phone, eat the cookie, or pick that zit.

DO talk to a stranger, get up when your alarm goes off, and look at yourself in the mirror.

Embrace the discomfort.

Choose temporary discomfort for long-term success.
