Do You Know the Power You Have?
Your words are shaping your reality more than you realize.
Do you know the power you have? Your words are creating your reality.
The way you talk about:
Your body.
Your work.
Your marriage.
Your goals.
Your day.
That narration becomes your lens. And your lens becomes your life.
Notice how often you think or say:
I can’t.
This is hard.
I don’t know how.
I’m struggling.
I know. They feel true.
Do not suppress them.
Do not pretend they are not there.
Become aware of them.
Then make sure you have the last word.
Instead of: I can’t.
Try: I can’t yet, but I’m figuring it out.
Instead of: This is hard.
Try: This is hard, and there might be an easier way.
Instead of: I don’t know how.
Try: I don’t know how yet, but I can find a solution.
Instead of: I’m struggling.
Try: I’m struggling, and that means I’m learning.
One extra sentence changes the direction.
You still honor reality.
But you do not trap yourself in it.
That is power.
Awaken Awareness:
Today, catch one limiting sentence.

Make sure you get the final word.
