Program for the Knee with Clarity and Confidence

The knee is a complex joint that plays a critical role in movement efficiency, stability, and performance.
Injury, overuse, or degeneration can easily disrupt normal knee function and movement patterns.

The Knee: Reformer Programming for Stability & Function is a lecture and demonstration-style workshop, developed by the Merrithew team, designed to help movement professionals confidently program post-rehabilitative Reformer exercises that restore strength, coordination, and functional movement.

You’ll gain a clear understanding of how the knee works, why dysfunction occurs, and how to program intelligently to support optimal function.
