Intense Sculpting Challenge is a high-energy, resistance-based workshop developed by the Merrithew team to help instructors add challenge, variety, and intensity to Mat and private sessions using the Flex-Band® exerciser.

You’ll learn how to use resistance strategically to increase core engagement, peripheral strength, neuromuscular coordination, balance, and flexibility, while keeping movement safe, purposeful, and motivating.

This workshop delivers adaptable exercise options that work for both group classes and private clients.
