But what happens off the course often determines performance on it.
Conditioning for Golf and Rotational Power with Weights is a golf-specific workshop and part of the Merrithew Athletic Conditioning Track. This training teaches how targeted warm-ups and intelligent conditioning can improve club head speed, movement efficiency, and injury resilience.
You’ll learn how to prepare the body with a dynamic, resistance-based warm-up and follow it with strengthening sequences that blend mobility, stability, breath, and control for optimal performance.
