Athletic Conditioning on the Reformer – Level 4 is an extreme, advanced-level workshop developed by the Merrithew team.
This workshop intensifies and expands upon exercises from previous Athletic Conditioning trainings, resulting in high-demand Reformer movements with a major emphasis on upper-body strength, shoulder stability, core control, and integrated power.
Rather than a full workout, this course delivers a collection of advanced exercises designed to be woven into existing programs for athletes and highly conditioned clients.
